"Was having issues with what I thought was my brakes but had brought to another establishment who told me that the pads and rotors were just fine. A month went by and the vehicle just did not seem to stop the way it should- not being a mechanic I didn’t know. Another, month had transpired and it seemed to be getting worse, so I spoke to a friend who gave me MotorAbility’s phone number number. Called and spoke to Mike and he literally squeezed me in as he stated that it is best to not take chances on safety issues with braking. It turned out that I need to have both the front and rear brakes completely re-done- the pads, rotors and calipers.
Had it not been for Mike at MotorAbility I would still be driving around with essentially no stopping capabilities.
Cannot say enough for the work they performed and how professional they treated me."

“At the moment my car is in this shop for some extensive repairs. For a while? I was feeling timid. The owner though was very up front and helpful with dispensing information and coming up with a strategy to tackle things in a reasonable order. These guys will go to bat for you, and are honest. They don’t make promises, but only because working on a car is always more complex than ‘here, it’s all fixed.’ At every step they’ll work with you, and have proven they are considerate to cost even when given the Green light to a set amount. Would recommend to anyone. If your car breaks down? Get established here. Smaller shop with a long wait list. It’s well worth the time, they’re busy for a reason.”
